The Uk leg Day 9 – Prestbury, Congleton & Buxton

After an enjoyable nights stay at The George in Cheltenham, we have headed north to Cheshire.

Our first stop being a coffee & cake in Congleton, before a stunning drive through the Peak District to the spa town Buxton, in a wet Derbyshire. Enjoyed our walk around this impressive town and the stunning opera house and former baths.

Had a great drive back over to Cheshire mid-afternoon and arrived at The Bridge hotel and restaurant which has proved to a real find, helped by a room upgrade to a super delux pad!

Drinks by a roaring fire and a delicious Malaysian curry and beer helped to finish off an enjoyable day in the North West.
